At BrightArtClub Studio, every portrait and photo edit is individually crafted based on the photos you provide. Because our work is custom-made digital artwork, all orders are final sale and non-refundable once the editing process has begun.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
To ensure you love your final artwork, we proudly offer:
Up to 3 Free Revisions
After receiving your artwork, you may request up to three revisions at no additional cost.
Revisions include adjustments such as:

Color or lighting changes
-
Background changes
-
Minor retouching
-
Style adjustments
-
Small detail corrections
We want you to be happy with the result, so we will work with you to refine the artwork within the scope of the original order.
Non-Refundable Orders
Because our products are:

Custom-made,
-
Digitally delivered, and
-
Created specifically for you,
we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once work has started.
Refunds are only possible if:

No work has begun,
-
AND no files have been delivered,
-
AND cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After a final digital file has been delivered, no refunds can be issued.
Changes Outside the Original Scope
If you request major changes (such as adding new people/pets, replacing a photo, or changing the entire background), these may require an additional fee. We will always notify you in advance before any extra charges are applied.

If you did not receive your file due to a technical issue (email bounce, spam filtering, lost download), please contact us anytime at: Studio@BrightArtClubStudio.com
We will resend your digital file promptly at no cost.
